Upon arriving at your destination, our job is not over. With just one call to your North American International representative, you will receive fast answers to all of your questions, as well as up-to-date information about your shipment.

We are there for you when you need us during your overseas move. Our international movers will be in touch with your move every step of the way, from the beginning to the end.

When you arrive, remember to...

• Register with the nearest consulate
• Get in touch with your North American International overseas representative so we will know how to stay in touch with you at your destination.

When Your Goods are Delivered

To make sure that everything has arrived upon delivery, carefully check off each item from the inventory sheet. If there are any discrepancies, please notify your North American International representative immediately.

Upon arrival of your shipment, our international movers will reassemble any items that were disassembled at origin. To help alleviate the stress of moving in, your representative can unpack as much or as little as you prefer. In the event of damage, be sure to note it on the inventory and report it to your overseas representative right away.

Note: Carefully sort through empty packing materials and moving boxes to make sure small parts are not thrown away.
