SIRVA Announces Certified Results of Votes Cast at 2004 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
CHICAGO, June 3, 2004 – SIRVA, Inc., (NYSE: SIR), a global relocation services provider, announced today the certified results of the votes cast at its 2004 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 27. The final tabulation of the voting results was certified by Mellon Investor Services LLC, which served as the Inspector of Election for the Meeting.
The SIRVA stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting re-elected Kathleen J. Affeldt, Richard J. Schnall and Carl T. Stocker as Directors of SIRVA for terms that will expire at the company’s 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Stockholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC as SIRVA’s independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004.
