SIRVA Files Form 10-K
CHICAGO, November 22, 2005 — SIRVA, Inc. (NYSE: SIR), a global relocation services provider, announced today that it has filed its 2004 Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Company will provide an update on estimated results through the third quarter when they become available.
SIRVA anticipates holding its 2005 annual meeting of stockholders in late December, and will provide details of the meeting in a forthcoming proxy statement.
